We charge Flat Shipping Rates which include applicable duties and taxes when parcels are shipped via Sky Saver service.
However, during Eid or other high-volume periods, orders may be shipped via DHL Express for faster delivery. In such cases, any customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery must be paid by the recipient.
🌍 Other International Countries
For destinations outside the USA, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if charged or applicable) are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
International Delivery Charges:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and destination country.
We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards and Online Banking.
Refused / Returned International Parcels:
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, fails to pay applicable customs duties/taxes, or if the shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or customer-related reasons, the company shall not be liable for any refund of shipping charges, customs duties, or the order amount. Any return shipping, customs, or handling charges incurred may also be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable).
