All RTS articles are dispatched via express shipping and are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.

Made-to-Order / Wedding Outfits:
These articles are stitched upon order confirmation and require advance payment.
The standard production and delivery timeline is 15–25 working days.

Local Delivery Charges: Flat PKR 240/- only.

🌍 International Shipping

Orders outside Pakistan are processed and delivered within 9–15 working days depending on destination and shipping service. 

Shipping charges are Flat & Weight-based, and non-refundable. Made-to-Order articles may take up to 30 days to deliver.

Shipping Charges & Duties

🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada
We charge flat shipping rates which include applicable duties and taxes when parcels are shipped via Sky Saver service.

However, during Eid or other high-volume periods, orders may be shipped via DHL Express for faster delivery. In such cases, any customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery must be paid by the recipient.

🌍 Other International Countries
For destinations outside the USA & Canada, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

International Delivery Charges:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and destination country.

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards and Online Banking.

Shipping Partners

Local Orders:
All local orders are dispatched via Postex/TCS. The tracking number is shared via SMS and email once the order is fulfilled.

International Orders:
International orders are shipped via SkyNet, Sky Saver, UPS, or DHL Express depending on availability and delivery timelines.

The tracking ID is sent via email once the order is dispatched.
