EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility
Any item Purchased Online or In-Warehouse, and are Unused & Unworn with Original Condition, Tags, Packaging can be exchanged or returned within 2 days of Delivery, provided it meets the conditions below. 

Exchanges & Returns are not processed for items that are damaged after use or due to mishandling. In case of incorrect size or damaged delivery, photo/video proof may be required.

If the item qualifies, you will send back the articles to our address provided in the link. Please use reliable courier like TCS, Leopard for returns. Do not use Pakistan Post

Exchange Requests & Refunds against Returns are usually Processed within 7 working days after Verification.

At MURAQSH, we take pride in fulfilling each international order with the utmost care and precision. All orders are packed under surveillance with video proof to ensure accuracy and quality control.

While our advanced ERP system minimizes the chance of errors, we understand that unexpected issues can sometimes arise. In the case of a genuine concern, our team will thoroughly review the matter and may issue a store creditpartial or full, depending on the situation.
